Roland Adam of The Good Life in Jakarta designed the interiors is his modern simple style integrated with antique pieces from around the archipelago, artifacts and rich teakwood. Particular care was given to the placement of the lighting so as to give the residents the best possible environment in the evenings to enjoy the night skies. The overall impression is a villa where people can instantly relax.

The double story main building offers 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the twin bedroom, the “children’s room” which also has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The lower level incorporates one master bedroom with walk in dressing room, ensuite bathroom, antiques style writing desk and wonderful views. There is the lower level lunge with comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV, dining area for seating 8 guests adjacent to an open modern style spacious kitchen.

The lounge area sofas are positioned so that one can enjoy again the full sweeping views over the swimming pool. The lounge area large glass sling doors open up to a white Palimanan Stone pool deck extended by a unique infinity pool which is perched over the hill as if you were floating in the sky.

The upper levels has the other master bedroom, it’s private lounge area, a separate smaller dining table and the children’s room. There are large glass windows all facing towards the ocean.

The separate guest house has it’s own lower level open plan living area and powder room.
A candle lined staircase leads you to the double bedroom, elegant bathroom and balcony.

The layout and generous proportions of Ali Agung Villa allows for much privacy and the villa is ideal if 2 families wish to share this spacious villa.

The staff at Ali Agung Villa have all been trained to luxury hotel standards and are able to provide a tailored service to meet the residents needs. English is spoken by the most senior member of staff.
